Application Guidelines for Egypt Visa

Prospective e-Visa applicants for Egypt are recommended to complete the online application formalities at least 7 days before their travel date. Make sure that all information provided by you is authentic and complete. To avoid any last minute hassle/delay/rejection, it is suggested to cross-check the application form closely so that no column in the form is left undone or incomplete. Applicants can also apply for an Egyptian e-Visa by filling up the online application which is available in all the eligible countries.

It is strongly recommended to all e-visa applicants not to purchase any non-refundable air tickets before they receive any confirmed email on e-Visa.
Information about current passport i.e. passport number, date of its issuance and expiry. Obtaining an e-Visa not necessarily entitles an applicant to visit Egypt; this is just a prerequisite for Egypt travel.
Approval/rejection of an e-Visa for Egypt is solely at the discretion of Egyptian authorities, and we don’t hold any rights or that submission of an application will approve your request for sure.

The Two Types of Egypt e-Visas

Egypt E-Visas are granted under either a single or multiple entry-basis. And while each of these visa types is valid for different lengths of time (30 days for single entry, 90 days for multiple entries), they each only allow for up to 30 days of a physical presence in the country.
What that means is that under a single-entry visa, you may enter and leave only once within the 30-day window. When you leave, you'll need to apply for a new visa to return.
Under a multiple entry visa, you may enter and leave multiple times within an extended 90-day window with no penalty. However, your total time in the country cannot exceed 30 days.

• Check properly the country list whose citizens are eligible for online Egypt visa.
• Review the application form closely to check if all the required information is provided correctly.
• Make sure the questions with an asterisk (*) are answered.
• Provide all up-to-date information in all fields.
• Ensure that all important information is corresponded properly to the ordinary passport that will be carried for travel.
• Check the validity (at least 6 months) of your passport as required by the Government of Egypt.
